      精益IT协会（Lean IT Association）的基础级别认证。精益IT基础是入门级认证，是实现Lean IT Kaizen级别、Lean IT Leadership级别的强制认证。
      What is Lean IT Foundation?
It is the first course which teaches the basics of Lean IT. It is two-day course designed for any manager or specialist working in an IT organization and for IT professionals who are looking to participate or get involved in Lean IT projects. The topics covered in this course are: introduction to lean, the client, the process, performance, lean organization, behavior and attitude, and problem solving.
  What is Lean IT Kaizen?
It is a three-day practical formation course that teaches and prepares people to define the concept of “lean” and facilitate the improvement initiatives of Kaizen. It is designed for any person who defines, plans, leads, and facilitates Kaizen, and for any team or department member designated to promote lean principles and lean practices in a team. The prerequisite for this course is to have completed the Lean IT Foundation course.
  What is Lean IT Leadership?
It is three-day programmer designated for the leaders of the Lean IT initiatives. Besides the knowledge on the advanced Lean IT principles, it covers complex topics such as leadership in lean initiatives and change factors, such that this program can have a long lasting effect. The course is directed to designated members in a team with the responsibility of defending and implementing lean IT practices and principles and for lean leaders. The prerequisite for this course is to have completed the Lean IT Foundation course.
  What is Lean IT Coach?
It is a three-day course that prepares you to train and assess an IT organization to successfully complete a transformation or a complex improvement initiative based on lean principles. The context should consider the organization’s value flows and the links to governance. For this course, it is necessary to complete the Lean IT Foundation course.
