课程目标:
掌握Change Management®的理论和实践,理解变革的影响,支持和准备执行“强加”的变革,组建有效的变革核心团队,获取干系人(stakeholders)的buy-in,处理组织和人员的抵触情况,建立良好的人与人的工作关系,促动更多的变革。课程对象:
